I missed my delivery. My frozen or chilled goods are defrosted or warm

All frozen and chilled orders are dispatched using 24-hour postage to ensure products arrive in the best possible condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to receive the delivery or to leave instructions for the delivery driver.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items that become defrosted or warm due to missed deliveries or delays caused by the recipient not being available. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

Home Deliveries – Customer Not Available

If a delivery address is incomplete or incorrect, or if no one is available to accept the delivery and we are unable to gain access to the property, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

In these circumstances, a 15% delivery charge will apply to cover driver time and fuel costs.

Before returning your order, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the phone number provided with your order. If we are unable to reach you or complete the delivery, the order will be returned and the delivery charge will apply.
