Refund policy
I have recieved a wrong item or missing an item in my order?
All orders will be checked twice. Once at the warehouse before dispatch and once at your home. If the order is still missing an item or a wrong item has been sent, the driver will bring the product back to the warehouse where it will be refunded back to the original payment method.
For Orders around the UK & Northern ireland
The same process as home deliveries. If you recieve a wrong product or there is a missing product please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Can I cancel an item or return an item once delivered?
If you decide to cancel an item before delivery, just let our driver know what product you would like to send back. Once the product is returned back to the depo, the product will be refunded back to the original payment mehtod. The driver will mark this item and obtain your signature on his copy of the invoice.
If you decide to return an unopened product after delivery please bring it back into the depot within 28 days with your invoice.
For Orders around the UK & Northern ireland
Any unwanted products can be returned if notice is givin within 24 hours of delivery. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Return postage charge £5.50
There will also be a restock fee of 10% for any returned packages
Can I exchange an item once delivered?
Yes an unopened Product can be exchanged with your invoice within 28 days. Return Postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Frozen or Chilled products are non returnable
I missed my delivery. My frozen or chilled goods are defrosted or warm
All frozen and chilled orders are dispatched using 24-hour postage to ensure products arrive in the best possible condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to receive the delivery or to leave instructions for the delivery driver.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items that become defrosted or warm due to missed deliveries or delays caused by the recipient not being available. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
all frozen and chilled deliveries are posted with 24 hour postage. It is the customers responsibility to be at home during delivery times or to leave a note for the delivery driver. Any goods defrosted or warm due to the customer not answering the door we will not bear any responsibility. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
